Adopting, continuously improving, and scaling agile requires strategy and support by a centralized leadership team that promotes collaboration and uses best practices around the agile transformation across an enterprise. For this reason, we have begun laying the groundwork for a Center of Excellence comprised of leaders whose job is to disseminate knowledge and best practices throughout inQbation.
Within the Agile Center of Excellence, agile coaches will be involved with many of the activities of Continuous Improvement. These activities include identifying potential techniques to improve our agile practices, sharing these techniques with the team, helping build a learning organization to scale our efforts, building organizational memory, supporting individual and team learning, and initiating communities of practice (CoP) to aid their educational efforts.
The Agile Center of Excellence aims to support scalable growth, teamwork, and best practices so we can approach task orders consistently, assure quality control, and employee retention.
