Today, as IT Director, Lucas is responsible for shaping and formalizing the company’s IT department. His role encompasses defining policies and procedures, supporting web governance, inventorying assets, and overseeing IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency and security. Beyond departmental leadership, he also supports individual teams to ensure optimal project execution across the company.
