Luis Cuellar has been with Agileana for over 17 years, growing alongside the company and taking on pivotal roles including team leader, project manager, and now, process improvement specialist. With his extensive knowledge of the company’s operations and web development processes, Luis plays a vital role in shaping how the organization scales and adapts to new challenges.

What inspired Luis to focus on process improvement wasn’t a single moment, but a realization that as the company expanded—hiring more people and landing increasingly complex contracts—the need for standardized processes, thorough documentation, and organizational training became essential. His commitment to efficiency, risk mitigation, and quality assurance now drives his day-to-day work.

Throughout his career, Luis has been involved in some of Agileana’s most prestigious and technically demanding projects. His portfolio includes contributions to websites and platforms for NASA, The White House, the U.S. Forest Service, and the FCC. These experiences, he says, have taught him more than any course or certification ever could.

One standout moment in his journey was his work on NASA’s TechPort project. Collaborating with brilliant minds from JPL and other agencies, Luis helped shape a complex platform and was honored with the NASA Group Achievement Award—a recognition that he accepted on behalf of Agileana.
